We can think up ideas all day long, we can ask customers what they want, and what they think. But nothing tells us more what customers want than sales. We learn when they dip low, or soar high.
Recently, we changed our categories of Apron styles on the website. We shrunk them down and minimized things. Apron styles are more specific. We held our breath and watched to see if this is what customers wanted.
Sales are up. We can breathe now. I have never been good with suspense. Is this what blood pressure pills are for?…:)
