White Aprons

We have a page offering white Aprons on the website. They answer customer needs especially for theater. We use simple cotton and batiste. But I have pictures in my head of aprons that I want to make in white. But I need a cotton with a fine hand, tightly woven and an amazing soft drape to it. Most white cotton is crispy, a lot of body or thinly veiled and wispy.

I ask myself, do I want more of a silk blend? A linen blend? What comprises this fabric that that I see in my imagination?

There is no sense even making samples as the designs will only work with the fabric I imagine. I hope it exists. If it does, and I can find it, there is a whole new page of white aprons, that will escape from the pages I sketch in my head.
