Our recent survey was amazing, overwhelming with information, feedback and customer desires. We are still processing the responses. One thing that glaringly stood out was that our men customers felt ignored. Yes, we had a men’s collection, it has plodded along nicely, but we learned that, in no uncertain terms, we were not stepping up….
