The Wrap Apron
We have a new apron design. We call it The Wrap Apron. We designed it around the concepts of loose and flowing, yet well fitted. Nearly a contradiction, I know. The concepts marry themselves in this design. It hangs comfortably and loose around your body yet stays in place with options to tie it around you tight or not. The crossback straps are adjustable and allow a good fit that keep the apron in place at your shoulders then flowing beautifully around you. The top has hidden darts that allow the top to fit a women’s body well. The top of the apron also has an interfaced band that also helps the apron lay perfectly and stay there. Homespun makes it very lightweight.
The crossback straps are independent and not connected to the waist ties. This allows you to adjust the height of your apron depending on your body type and personal preference. The separate waist ties allows you to the choice of how to tie it. It will fit well at the shoulders and stay in place, while the body drapes in comfort.
There is a wide front pocket divided into two sections on the front.
It’s a great basic kitchen apron. It is machine wash and dry. Homespun will shrink up to 5% the first time depending on how hot the water is. It will become softer with each wash. Homespun is incredibly absorbent so it makes for a great kitchen apron that can be used to wipe hands as you work.
It hangs 34″ and comes in our 9 sizes. Let us know what you think. We are starting with the black and white check and will add colors per customer response.
